Learn about this sample preparation technique for GC (& GC-MS) and HPLC (& LC-MS) including real world applications.

Learn all the practical theory of solvent extraction, partitioning, solubility, miscibility, sample preparation, matrix modification including pH adjustment and the choice of relevant apparatus.
