This course provides the essential and practical theory about all available HPLC & LC-MS techniques.

This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

This course is taught live in a virtual classroom, is totally interactive with instrument parts and consumables shown & explained. There are small group sizes so plenty of opportunities to ask LIVE questions. It is a total of 18 hours split over 5 days.

This course covers all the practical theory you need to know about liquid chromatography (LC) and its related techniques including liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS); mobile phase selection including gradient elution, pumps and plumbing.  Sample introduction using manual injection and autosamplers, sample preparation, calibration standards, sample properties and data analysis.

This course is for those who have basic knowledge of liquid chromatography and would like to greatly enhance it, learning the practical theory about all available HPLC & LC-MS techniques.
