This live instructor-led training course course teaches the strategies for HPLC & LC-MS method development, system optimisation and configuration, how to recognise areas requiring maintenance on the instrument and the logical steps of instrument troubleshooting.
The course covers the strategies for method development in detail, followed by system optimisation and configuration for LC and LC-MS.
The course looks at method validation protocols and provides an introduction to advanced HPLC & LC-MS techniques.
The course then looks at clean-up procedures for difficult samples, the parts of the system requiring maintenance and how often; and how to recognise when maintenance is required.
This is a modular course, delegates can choose to attend individual modules, or combine modules to suit their needs:
Module 9: Applied Method Development & Optimisation for HPLC & LC-MS
Module 10: An Introduction to Advanced Techniques in HPLC & LC-MS
Module 11: Applied HPLC & LC-MS Maintenance
Module 12: Applied Troubleshooting for HPLC & LC-MS
This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This course is taught live in a virtual classroom, is fully interactive with case studies to solve and chromatograms to troubleshoot. Delegates have plenty of opportunities to ask live questions; either by using their microphone or by typing into the chat box.
Duration: 16 hours over 4 days.
