Anthias Consulting provides independent training for analysts at all experience levels through a broad range of training programmes in gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry imaging, physical and structural properties of molecules, thermal analysis and statistical analysis.
Courses cover the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of manufacturers' instrumentation as well as hands-on training in the analytical techniques themselves for every stage of analysis; from method development to sample preparation to advanced separation techniques.
Analysts can attend public courses delivered at Anthias' training facility at The Open University in Milton Keynes throughout the year for training in a small, focused group. Training can also be delivered onsite and tailored to your exact needs.
The majority of Anthias’ training courses are approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for the purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Anthias partners with CAMS to provide access to high quality training to its community members. CAMS members can benefit from a discount of 10% on all Anthias training courses when booked 6 weeks in advance. Anthias’ Director Dr Diane Turner is heavily involved in the analytical scientific community as the President-Elect of The Royal Society of Chemistry Analytical Division and a Trustee of ACTF. Diane is directly involved with CAMS as a BEAM board member.
