The course will provide strategies for method development and method optimisation and how to maintain and troubleshoot the instrument, techniques and method. It also looks at some advanced techniques for difficult samples. HPLC to UHPLC method migration is briefly discussed, chromatographic deconvolution utilising tandem mass spectrometry, multi-dimensional LC (LCxLC), on-line SPE and chemometrics.
This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
