The information we collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted by/to CAMS.
The personal information collected includes:
- Name (first and surname)
- Gender
- Location
- Country
- Birthdate
- Employer
- Professional skills and field of expertise
- CAMS interest
As part of the process of reviewing applications and project proposals for our various competitions, we will need to share information with other authorised parties (our reviewers) as part of the established assessment process.
Our reviewers are highly experienced and qualified individuals and are well-known to CAMS and/or ACTF. They assist us with completing a fair and high-quality assessment process. All reviewers are briefed with regards to our GDPR policy and how they must handle your personal data. They will never keep personal data longer than necessary.
Google Analytics
In addition, we use Google Analytics for tracking usage. Personally identifiable information and individuals' information collected by Google is not used or stored by the Network. The way we use information
- Your profile can be viewed by other CAMS Members only if you have confirmed you agree to this when signing up to become a CAMS Member.
- We use the information you provide about yourself when registering to complete the registration process and to communicate with you.
- We use return email addresses to answer the emails we receive or to broadcast messages from CAMS to all members. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
- Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
