This e-seminar describes the principles behind and provides best practice guidelines for the use of the digital PCR technique.
Examples of the different technical approaches available, applications to which they can be applied, description of the data analysis approaches employed and guidance for the reporting of the findings are included.
A working knowledge of PCR and quantitative PCR is assumed.
